Returns
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging/tags intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different colour or product, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as Adieu is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at support@shopadieu.com.au within 7 days of delivery and we will take care of it for you.
