Returns

  • You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging/tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different colour or product, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as Adieu is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at support@shopadieu.com.au within 7 days of delivery and we will take care of it for you.
